This instrument set is a professional surgical toolkit designed specifically for anterior cervical plating procedures such as Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF) and Anterior Cervical Corpectomy and Fusion (ACCF). 


Comprising 18 precision instruments, the set supports the entire surgical process—from exposure and plate contouring to screw implantation and closure. 


Crafted from high-grade stainless steel, the tools provide excellent corrosion resistance and biocompatibility, meeting the high-precision fixation demands of the cervical spine's dynamic region.

Features

High-Performance Materials: Constructed from 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb, 420B, 316L, and 304 stainless steel with high fatigue resistance; all surfaces are electropolished to reduce tissue friction and trauma.


Bidirectional Distractor: Allows adjustment in two directions to prevent interference with patient anatomy during exposure.


Precision Positioning System: Includes a single-hole universal drill guide that supports angular adjustments, compatible with the unique anatomy of the uncovertebral joints.


Adjustable Depth Drills: Drill bits feature 10–20 mm depth adjustment to accommodate varying vertebral body thickness (typically 14–16 mm).


Ergonomic Handle Design: D-type quick-connect handles feature rubber grips for improved handling and reduced surgeon fatigue during prolonged procedures.


Modular Storage Tray: Instruments are arranged by surgical sequence in partitioned trays, reducing retrieval time and intraoperative delays.
