Pertrochanteric femoral fractures.
Intertrochanteric fractures.
Subtrochanteric femoral fractures.
Product Introduction
Enhanced Anti-Rotation & Angular Stability
The anti-rotational screw and the main implant lock into each other at a 7.5° divergence, effectively preventing rotational displacement of the femoral head and offering superior anti-rotation compared to a Dynamic Hip Screw (DHS).
The angular stable construct between the plate and the main implant (130° neck-shaft angle) effectively prevents varus collapse and femoral neck shortening, providing greater angular stability compared to conventional cannulated screw fixation.

Intraoperative Active Compression / Postoperative Dynamic Sliding
The main implant and the anti-rotational screw are locked together, forming a single unit that allows for dynamic sliding of up to 20 mm.
This design reserves sufficient lateral space, helping to mitigate potential discomfort caused by implant prominence.

Reduced Implant Footprint
Compared to the Dynamic Hip Screw (DHS), the FNS features a more compact design, enabling minimally invasive insertion and less lateral prominence.
Its footprint on the bone surface is comparable to that of three cannulated screws.

Application
Application:
Basal, transcervical, and subcapital femoral neck fractures in adults.

Pertrochanteric femoral fractures.
Intertrochanteric fractures.
