Model Number: 102010
Material: Titanium alloy TC4
Application: Anterior internal fixation during cervical vertebrae or interbody fusion
Product Introduction
The Posterior Occipital-Cervical-Thoracic Spinal System is designed for posterior spinal fixation and fusion from the occiput to the thoracic spine.The system consists of polyaxial screws, titanium rods (standard, dual-diameter, and adjustable types), crosslinks, lateral connectors, axial and domino connectors, occipital screws, occipital plates (standard and arched), lamina hooks, and locking set screws.
Through a posterior surgical approach, polyaxial screws are inserted into the vertebral pedicles, and pre-contoured or adjustable titanium rods are fixed using set screws. The system forms a three-dimensional load-sharing construct, offering strong biomechanical stability for realignment and fusion of the occipital-cervical-thoracic segments.
All components are made from TC4 titanium alloy.
Comprehensive Posterior Fixation: Supports decompression, reduction, internal fixation, and fusion across the occipital, cervical, and thoracic spine.
Polyaxial Screws: Provide strong axial pullout, bending, and rotational resistance. Available in various types: Fully threaded, partially threaded, hollow fully threaded, hollow partially threaded, and standard polyaxial screws, meeting the needs of different spinal levels and pathologies.
Rod Options:
● Standard rods for cervical fixation;
● Dual-diameter rods for cervical-to-thoracic extension, ensuring stiffness and low-profile fusion;
● Adjustable rods with hinged joints to accommodate occipito-cervical angles outside the body, simplifying surgery and reducing in-situ rod contouring.
Occipital Fixation:
● Y-shaped occipital plate for midline screw insertion;
● Arched occipital plate with multiple screw holes for flexible anchorage and enhanced stability.
Multi-axial Coupling: Screws can reach up to 60° conical angulation; rod saddles allow up to 45° angulation per side for greater intraoperative flexibility.
Spherical Base Locking Screws: Provide secure rod fixation by compressing against the rod to resist axial and rotational displacement.
Modular System Accessories: Includes crosslinks, domino connectors, lamina hooks, and lateral connectors for customizable constructs and enhanced construct integrity.
● Versatile Coverage: Supports fixation from occiput to upper thoracic spine.
● Multiple Fixation Methods: Offers three occipital fixation options and two types of occipito-cervical rods.
● Wide Range of Screw Types: Available in solid and cannulated, full or partial threads, allowing up to 60° angular range.
● Comprehensive Accessory Set: Includes crosslinks, domino connectors, lamina hooks, and lateral connectors to accommodate various surgical needs.
● Strong Biomechanical Performance: Tri-column stabilization, improved sagittal and coronal control, and enhanced fusion environment.
● Simplified Surgical Workflow: Adjustable rods reduce intraoperative rod bending and shorten operation time.
Indications
This system is indicated for posterior internal fixation and fusion in the occipital, cervical, and cervicothoracic spine for patients with:
● Degenerative disc disease
● Spinal canal stenosis
● Cervical instability or spondylolisthesis
● Trauma
● Spinal deformity
● Tumors
● Infections (e.g., spinal tuberculosis)
● Revision surgeries after failed fusions
