This 21-piece specialized instrument kit is purpose-built for Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion (PLIF) procedures, fully compatible with mainstream interbody cage sizes. 


It addresses the key technical challenges of PLIF—neural protection, efficient disc space clearance, precise endplate preparation, and stable cage implantation—covering the complete workflow from neural retraction, discectomy, and endplate preparation to bone grafting and cage placement. 


Manufactured from medical-grade stainless steel, with critical tools (such as rasps and curettes) passivated and mirror-polished, the system ensures safety and visibility in neurovascular-dense surgical zones. 


Guided by the design philosophy of “Zero Nerve Injury + Endplate Integrity Preservation + Maximum Fusion Efficiency”, the kit integrates graded nerve protection tools, progressive flat-head reamers, and modular graft delivery systems to support safe cage implantation and biological fusion from L1 to S1. 


Specialized retractors and dissectors provide atraumatic dural sac separation, while multi-form curettes and flat-head reamers enable complete disc clearance and cartilage removal without endplate perforation. 


The enclosed graft funnel and tampers ensure dense autograft/allograft packing, while the cage impactor and slide hammer allow precise seating and anatomical adaptation, meeting the demands of degenerative lumbar disease, spinal stenosis, and segmental instability surgeries.
