Model Number: 4032029
Material: Material: TA3G Pure titanium, TC4 titanium alloy
Application: Ffor the treatment of tibial fractures – L-shaped lateral tibial plateau
Product Introduction
The Lateral Proximal Tibia Locking Plate is specifically designed for the anatomical morphology of the lateral tibial plateau. It features an angular stable locking system, where locking screws form a fixed-angle construct with the plate, providing enhanced stability even in osteoporotic or comminuted bone. The plate’s body is pre-contoured with low-profile, polished rounded edges to reduce soft tissue irritation. The 20° conical threaded locking holes work with corresponding locking screws to eliminate the need for plate-to-bone compression, thereby preserving periosteal blood supply around the fracture site. The system is compatible with cortical screws, locking screws (Type I), and cannulated screws (Type II), all designed with varying thread depths and profiles to optimize fixation across cortical and cancellous bone zones.
● Anatomically Contoured Design: Plate shape is pre-fitted for the proximal lateral tibia, with smooth transitions and rounded edges for minimal soft tissue irritation.
● 20° Conical Locking Holes: Provide angular stability when used with matching locking screws.
● Self-Tapping Screws: Screws feature sharp cutting tips to ease insertion and reduce surgical time.
● Color Anodized Surface: Enhances biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, and screw visibility during surgery.
● Multi-Compatible Screw Head Designs: Screws are available in ball-head or conical-threaded types for compatibility with compression or locking-compression holes.
● Tailored Thread Geometry: Deep or shallow threads designed based on screw diameter and target bone type (e.g., cancellous or cortical).
● Material Excellence: Manufactured from TA3G pure titanium or TC4 titanium alloy, ensuring high strength and biocompatibility.
● Secure Angular Stability: The 20° conical locking mechanism ensures strong, fixed-angle constructs for enhanced fixation stability.
● Minimized Soft Tissue Disruption: Low-profile, highly polished plate surfaces reduce irritation and promote faster recovery.
● Versatile Fixation Strategy: Compatible with locking, non-locking, and cannulated screws, supporting multiple clinical scenarios.
● Preserved Blood Supply: No need to compress plate to bone reduces vascular disruption and promotes biological healing.
● Enhanced Biomechanical Performance: Optimized thread design improves screw–bone interface strength and minimizes screw loosening risk.
