Anterior Cervical Plate – Type III


  • This system consists of titanium plates and screws designed for anterior cervical spine stabilization. All components are made of TC4 titanium alloy, offering high biocompatibility, strength, and corrosion resistance.

  • The screws are inserted at a fixed or variable angle to the vertebral body, creating an angular tension that enhances plate stability and ensures firm contact with the vertebral surface and bone graft. A secure locking mechanism prevents screw loosening or back-out, forming a stable construct between the plate, screws, vertebrae, and graft material.

  • During neck flexion, the plate-screw structure acts as a support; during extension, it functions as a tension band—both enhancing internal stability and promoting fusion. This design improves immediate postoperative fixation, reduces graft migration, and allows for early mobilization with minimal external bracing.

  • The system offers a variety of plate lengths (single to five-level) and both fixed-angle and variable-angle screws to accommodate diverse surgical needs.
