Product Introduction
This system consists of titanium plates and screws designed for anterior cervical spine stabilization. All components are made of TC4 titanium alloy, offering high biocompatibility, strength, and corrosion resistance.
The screws are inserted at a fixed or variable angle to the vertebral body, creating an angular tension that enhances plate stability and ensures firm contact with the vertebral surface and bone graft. A secure locking mechanism prevents screw loosening or back-out, forming a stable construct between the plate, screws, vertebrae, and graft material.
During neck flexion, the plate-screw structure acts as a support; during extension, it functions as a tension band—both enhancing internal stability and promoting fusion. This design improves immediate postoperative fixation, reduces graft migration, and allows for early mobilization with minimal external bracing.
The system offers a variety of plate lengths (single to five-level) and both fixed-angle and variable-angle screws to accommodate diverse surgical needs.
